Additionally, Lilybelle Locks ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax
  • Lilybelle Locks charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. No tax applied to US sales.



  • Return Policy
  • If we have sent you the wrong item, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days.  However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unbundled items for hygenic reasons. Unbundled or Opened is defined as either having been unstapled/unfolded from the backing cardboard, or having the top gold wire wrapping cut or undone.
